Property,pools and packing

After 4 years of living the good life in California, the Holtz family is packing up and moving to greener pastures. It will be wholesome farm living for a year or so before we move to an affordable but dangerous neighborhood somewhere close to Manhattan.
We had to vacate our house for 12 days whilst the real estate world crashed our humble abode and sent inspectors to see if the place was earthquake worthy.
A nice family from S.F. will take possession August 1st as we get on a plane as a family of 5(#3 is due June19). We are looking for volunteers to make the flight with us to New York.
Meanwhile, life goes on and we have been rolling in good times. First a desert resort, a stone's throw from Joshua Tree National Park for a wedding involving E's best friend and then an actual heat wave in Berkeley.
We now have pictures of the kids in bathing suits. Veronica threw the 'do not disturb' rock(at least a 4 pounder) inside our hotel room during one of her episodes and Miles almost drowned attempting a head first dive into the shallow end of the hotel pool. Good times.
I should have studio space in the city by September 1st and E will end her career as a lobbyist in the next few weeks.
Anyone willing to milk cows and get up early for some fieldwork is more than welcome to come visit us anytime.
