Big Momma

Elizabeth is big. Very big. I don't remember her belly being so huge with our last two children and I am convinced the baby is due any day.
Most people, when they see the huge belly and unrecognizable face, have felt kinda sorry for her or think the baby is past due. The heartburn, sleepless nights, fatigue, bloating, sore joints and weight gain make life pretty difficult, but my wife still gets up in the morning with a smile on her face.
The first picture is from a wedding in Chicago last December. The last few pictures were taken during our trip to 29 Palms. E did the makeup for Anya at her wedding.
She burps like an overweight middle-aged man, snores loudly and snorts gail force winds out of her nose when she sleeps. My kids bang on her stomach all the time and think it's funny. Miles declares to us on a daily basis that he doesn't even want another sibling.
I tell them they have to be extra nice to her. I tell myself that as well. This is our last child for sure.
We both love having kids even more than we thought we would. Being a dad is pretty much the greatest thing to ever happen to me, so another one seems perfect.
Speaking of perfect, I think she looks beautiful.
